SOLIATIS offers new testing lab
Card solutions provider SOLIATIS has launched SOLIATIS LAB, testing laboratory able to perform debugging sessions as well as certification reports for smart cards and readers in contact and contactless technologies.
The new testing service will cover three layers of technology: electrical tests to validate the signal characteristics of a product; digital tests to check the communication protocols; and application tests validating the application layers.
The tests are designed to meet international standards set for various identity documents and other products, such as the Extended Access Control (EAC) specification implemented in the new European biometric ePassport. ![[end]](/resources/bullet/contactlessnews-4.gif)
