DataCash purchases ACK Ltd.
DataCash Group has completed the purchase of ACK Ltd, a provider of card-processing software solutions. The international card-processing company said the total purchase price for ACK Ltd. will be approximately 3 million GBP.
DataCash indicated that the purchase of ACK Ltd. will accelerate the company’s move to provide a full service offering for markets using unattended and contactless payments including solutions for kiosk operators, vending service providers and ticketing operations.
