DAILY launches luggage tracking tag

DAILY RFID has announced a new 13.56 MHz HF Smart Label-11 tag tailored specifically for tracking luggage or other valuables at the airport.

The contacltess paper tag supports ISO/IEC 14443A or ISO/IEC 14443B or ISO/IEC 15693 protocols and functions within a temperature range of -10 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius, making it ideal for low-intensity environments like airports.


When in storage the tag can withstand temperatures ranging from -20 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius.

According to DAILY, the 4cm by 4cm tag is also suitable for other asset tracking applications, such as document tracking, library management, parcel tracking and so on. [end] 

DAILY RFID released its latest Bluetooth-enabled ultra-high frequency RFID reader, the DL930B.

With a read range of up to eight meters and a fast read rate, the DL930B supports a wide variety of industrial applications, including asset management, baggage handling, container and pallet tracking, item-level inventory management and warehouse logistics.
