Barclaycard continues to show its commitment to contactless cards, recently expanding the number of cards issued to include Barclaycard Gold and Classic credit card customers. The UK bank’s OnePulse, Platinum and Goldfish cards have already been enabled for contactless payments.

Said one Barclaycard official: “In three years we will have an additional four million customers who will be able to make payments using their contactless card.” That’s double the number of cards the bank has currently issued.
