Legic, Databac partner
LEGIC Identsystems Ltd, a developer of contactless smart card technologies, has entered into a license agreement with ID specialist Databac Group to manufacture contactless smart cards.
Databac will serve at the local British manufacturer of plain and customized LEGIC cards. LEGIC cards comprise \13.56 MHz read/write technology. Different from other contactless technologies, which use passwords, LEGIC cards can only be encrypted using a unique master token, linking them directly to the readers used. ![[end]](/resources/bullet/contactlessnews-4.gif)
