Encased readers serve multiple purposes

Rosslare launched two new versions of its smart card readers, the AY-Q6250 and its keypad version the AY-Q6350. The readers use the Milfare® ID Format through 13.56 MHz - up to 45mm (1.8”). The best thing about these readers is that they add a layer of physical security to the system adding physical security to the building. What does that mean? The readers are surrounded with an anti-vandal metal encasing, making it harder for tampering to occur. The metal case also makes the readers water-resistant, improving performance in all weather conditions. [end]
